Shoddy installation and Service

I AM ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY, we placed an order for gas 5 days ahead of time, they were to deliver on a Saturday which is fine, then we get a call they will deliver before 11pm that night - we stayed up waiting, we are now on day 8 we are still waiting for the delivery to happen we have paid for the gas and now that we call in they want us to re-order and pay again.

this is the last time I use this company for gas supply and installation

their installation was messy and it took them forever to come back and fix it, then when the equipment wasn't working they sent 3 people to test the system when it was obvious it was the regulator.

the installers are ****y and rude and make a mess of your house, we had issues with the last delivery as well .
