For the same day you pay delivery costs and 5 day no delivery costs. You can open an account or pay cash on delivery. They send you email confirmations of your order telling you when delivery will be done. On day of delivery you get sms's informing of of the progress of your delivery, driver name and registration number of vehicle. If you have gas appliances you can signup for regular delivery.
