Full of gas

I ordered gas and paid for same day delivery. This was confirmed by the salesman and yet no gas came. Gas was delivered a day later, but alas Gas Company is pocketing the extra fee for same day delivery. Of course all emails and phonecalls on the matter are now being ignored. *****.
