Filled gas came up short

<p>The Gas Company (Jakarada street , Centurion) filled more than 2kg short on my 9kg tank yesterday 14/02/2017. The employee first insisted that the scale is wrong, after I continued protesting they filled the balance. The employees did not want to admit the fault and when I requested to speak to the manager they would not call the manager or the manager would not come, either way the result was the same. It seems that is the way they treat their customers. I urge all customers to request that their tanks be weighed after they fill gas to ensure that it has been fully filled.</p>
