Dont buy Gas for delivery at the Gas Company

What a terrible experience from the gas Company... I ordered Gas for delivery and they gave me a date. On the day I called them and they confirmed that I will receive my Gas that day... They did not show up.. when I called again, the phone rang forever without being answered. I think they should should shut off their delivery option - its useless.
