Deposit not returned, no feedback. Inconsiderate

I paid for teral gas and a R3500 deposit on the gas bottle. I was assisted conscientiously and quickly via email by Mira. My experience with the Gas Company took a turn for the worse when I collected the bottle. My presence in the collection bay was treated as an annoyance by multiple employees (I was directed there by 2 people at the front) . I was left to stand on the stairs at the back entrance because I was 'not allowed inside the office' (said very rudely). After being left to wait for 20 minutes I left with the gas and a bad taste in my mouth. When I arranged to return the bottle, I was told that if I had returned it by the 10th I would have received my deposit back by the 14th at the very latest. I have still not received my deposit. I was directed by Mira today (the 15th) to keep my conversations on email. But she has yet to reply to any emails concerning the return of the teral gas bottle.<br> <br> If you would like professional service and value being treated with common courtesy in the period virtually minutes AFTER YOU HAVE PAID I would strongly recommend you never set foot in the Gas Company in Centurion. <br> <br>
