Beware of Incomplete Information and unqualified staff

Gas Hob Installation: Atrocious service from this company in terms of expertise and trained staff. I had to pay an upfront fee for an expert to analyse my premises and point of installation. He commented on the electrical plug points above the current electric hob that feeds both the hob, the double electrical oven and the electric extractor fan. He also recommended a place of installation.I then received a quote for R5900 just for installation and a gas cage of R1200 for outside. The company then wanted a 100% upfront payment. Luckily I only paid half.Another technician arrived on scene and took half a day, just to inform me that he is not an electrician after he unlinked my electric oven, extractor fan and put covers over current plugs above hob. In short, nothing is working. I now got informed I need to get an electrician to complete the work and also pay for an electrical COC. ****mers. Beware!!!!
