Bad service

Unreliable company. After applying on contract for a rent to own oven i am still awaiting an outcome going for almost a week. So my baking business is not operating after i was told it only takes 2 days. At first i was topd 2days then i was told the person dealing with the contracts will arrive at the store with all the contracts on tuesday . Then i was topd she is on leave. I was told that i can not speak to anyone to lodge a complain for they are not allowed to give any contact numbers of management or owners. So Hallo peter will be my next step seeing that i am not allowed any numbers. So here i am . Not a good way to treat a customer. If i knew this is going to happen i would have bought a oven
