Avoid the Gas Company

I previously posted a review on the terrible service i received - placing an order for gas that never arrived..... Surprise Surprise. when i cancelled the order & requested a refund - i was told refunds are 1) only paid on a Friday 2) do not reverse Credit card payments 3) are paid as EFT payments. I cancelled on a Thursday expecting the payment the next day - that was three ( 3) weeks ago. still no payment. so my advice to one and all - use the company at your peril
