Avoid the Gas Comapny

I wish i had read the last 2 reviews before i placed my order last week. This too was my experience - terrible. The delivery time was 1 to 5 days. No delivery on day 5. so I called. Its on its way I am told. No delivery. I send an email. no response. I call on day 6. It is on its way. nothing arrives. I call - its still on its way. I request to cancel. I am told on;y a supervisor can cancel the order. i am told i will be contacted I am not. when i call back i am told to send my bank details that the company can make an EFT. strange as i paid on credit card - all that was needed is a reversal. Just as the gas never arrived, I doubt I will be refunded. This company appear to be running a ****. Avoid it!! What is so disappointing is that this is where the Mzanzi Gas website takes you. A fab start up a couple of years ago - won the 702 small business award - it was a pleasure to deal with. Mzanzi Gas was company that appreciated its clients and knew what service meant. Mzanzi Gas is NOT the Gas Company, don't be fooled - as I was.
