I ran out of gas in the evening last week Thursday. I was with my little ones and knew they wouldn't be okay with the wintery chill. I contacted the gas company after 19:00 to place an order. Little did I know that orders can be done up until 17:00 apparently.

I was assisted by Keanan Francis, who was actually busy with Admin after hours. He assisted me with my order and ensured that I received even of it was after-hours. He didn't have to help me, but he did. What an asset to the Gas company. Thank you for going an extra mile for me and my family. 🙏🏽
