Pathetic service from The Fieldbar Company 😡

I purchased a Sea Boat Blue Gin Trunk instead a Parisian Green was delivered and actually it wasn't delivered, I had to drive to the Aramex depot which is about 20 kms from where I reside.

Shipment was out for delivery in the morning and I cancelled all my meetings because I had registered with my home address and the courier didn't pitch so I took it upon myself to drive there and pick it up. When I got there the courier gave me a lame excuse that he ran out of time but he was at the gate yet he didn't even bother giving me a call!!

This is honestly becoming a nightmare, so I basically wasted my petrol driving there to collect an incorrect order!!

I purchased the Gin Trunk for an event that I am attending on Friday, please urgently assist and have this shipment picked up tomorrow and arrange for a same day delivery for the correct Gin Trunk to be delivered otherwise please cancel my order and refund my money.
