Terrible Service for FARO staff

I had an extremely disappointing experience with customer service at the Glen store, particularly with an associate named Mbali. Her approach to customer service was unprofessional, and her argumentative demeanor was not suited for a retail environment. During my visit, she raised her voice in a manner that was both uncalled for and embarrassing. Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend this store to others.
