Returns now denied

I was told by Phumza, upon my visit to the store in the 1st July when I asked what the return policy is that I can return the items in it's original state, with tags still attach. I've been ill & still ill got out my sick bed to drive here upon finding the items still in the bag as I'm going back into hospital on the 31 July and needed to return the items before thw 1st Aug. No area manager or the staff member who assisted me can they get hold off! Manager just keeps saying that's the policy & I can come back after explaining I literally came 20km to return.

I saw Faro store on Instagram and decided that day I will take a drive when I had to be in the area to check it out! Asked thw question before purchasing about return policy as I was in a hurry. Now I'm still standing & waiting to hear a response!
