Refused Return/Exchange

I had an unpleasant at the Faro Store in Promenade Mall. I bought a couple of items during the Black Friday sale and only 1 item did not meet my expectations upon trying it on. I decided to exchange the item but was told I cannot exchange or return sale items. This was not mentioned to me at time of purchase, this is not listed on the return policy on the receipt or any where in the store for me as a customer to make an informed decision when purchasing from this store. This is very disappointing and unfair to me as a consumer as we can not fit everything in store sometimes the fitting rooms are not enough and the lines are just long. Very disappointed with their exchange/return policy.
