Faro Evaton ! Refusing to Exchange (size)

Faro Evaton mall is refusing to offer me an exchange on items I brought yesterday 29/10/2025. Items are In original condition with tags and a slip. Unfortunately the store will not exchange a size for me . Very disappointed as this is against the consumer act
