Poor after sales service ,stuck with too small an item !

Hi I ordered a suit from these guys and it was too small . I was dubious about them and when I called they said i was to return it via a courier (at their expense) and they would ship a bigger suit. They did this and I have to say I was impressed by both the suit and service. The replacement too was too small. This is where the service now failed miserably. No response to my email and they never bothered to answer the phone. Eventually I got through and they said I was to log a return ,for reasons unknown it was not possible to log a return. I further call to them ,again ,went unanswered (they did not pick up the phone). My initial thought that I was taking a risk buying from these guys online have now been verified as the after sales service has been bad. I'm now stuck with this suit and the promised refund will probably never materialize. Bottom line it all started off well and then descended into a bad experience. My advise to the potential buyer is beware ,best spend your cash elsewhere ,where you can at least get some service. Stay away.
