Bad service - suit order disaster

Ordered a suit for my son's matric farewell, waited 2 weeks to receive the suit. Eventually when we receive it, it's way too small. Even though we ordered a 34 but my son wears a 32. I immediately send them a return request on the 10th of April to refund the suit, because I need to make a plan to buy another one before 8th of May. It's the 23rd of April and still no feedback regarding the return or refund of the suit. I email them and whatsapp them but no feedback. Bad customer service, won't recommend them to anyone.
