Unprofessional service

I purchased a set of Schumann pots online. I bought the pots based on the picture advertised. When I received the pots the actual pots were different from the picture. I contacted the culinarium.. It took them a week to pick up the pots after contacting them a few times. After the pots were picked up I made multiple calls to enquire about the pots and no one could give me an update. This has been going on for almost a month. I called back today to be told that they will refund me. After one month of running around and false advertising I am extremely disappointed in the service.
