Shady & ******* business practices

Shady & ******* business practices, returned a 2.5 month old top-of-the-range coffee machine that was confirmed to have a defect by the repair agents. I requested a refund and after a month of them avoiding communication and promising a refund they are now refusing to refund me. This is against the CPA. Avoid them at all costs. They are completely ********* and lack any form of after-sales customer service.
