Received a dirty used appliance sold as new...

Pretty annoyed by their service. Bought an air Fryier and they sent me one with the box all broken, wrapped in plastic, and the Fryier dirty, like someone wiped it with a dirty cloth. Didn't like to get something used and cook in it. I asked them to exchange for a new one, they assured me I would get one. They picked up and one week later I have to keep asking what's going on... They end up saying they only have that dirty unit... they will reinburse me. I lost 2 weeks and the whole experience was not lekker. Have never received an appliance in such condition. That is why I would not recommend them.
