Placed an order for leydi 7pc pot set and leydi mia 30cm pot

As i was unpacking the items I removed stickers due to excitement only to reach the last pot which is completely out off shape and cant be used ... the frying pan is also out off shape and the 30cm pot lid doesn't even close properly..

I immediately msgd the whatsapp number from the website and the person said that the online manager will sort out yesterday 10/6/2026 than only asked for my order number and i later asked about feedback i received this response "First, they will collect from you" "No one phoned you" Rep**** to that and until now not even a phonecall or reply

The service is terrible and the customer care is at the lowest ....
