Poor service - stay away!

I ordered a Kenwood Floor fan on 23 October and was informed that they are out of stock. I opted to wait for the item to arrived instead of cancelling the order.

On 2 November, I was told that the stock would be coming in the following week. I have yet to have a proactive response from The Cullinariam. I was told “I will give you an update today” when I made a query today.. I asked why there is a hold up - no response. This company is useless at customer service and looking after customer interest. Stay away as far as you can!!! Another shocking experience from them as I had 2 years ago when goods arrived damaged.
