Not to be trusted!

The worst service ever experience! I ordered a chest of drawer which they failed to deliver. Now I'm having difficulties getting a refund, this morning alone I called 3 times they promised to call me back like they always do. Not sure why payflex works with them cause I ordered thinking if I use payflex I'm safe, but even them can't assist instead they want me to continue paying for an item I don't have what nonsense is that!
