Lack of Customer Service & Misleading Information

I had enquired a product on promotion on the15th of March requesting when the deal will be valid till, I could identify that there was no attention to the messages just a " Yes" or " Oh Ok" response, so basically I was told that the product will still be on promo on the desired date of purchase and when i go to purchase the price has now changed after receiving confirmation. Further when i sent n enquiry based on this I was advised I will get a response this morning, At 10 I sent a follow up and i got not confirmation my message was seen but no acknowledgment.
