Inefficent

1 star is too much!! Unfortunately I placed an online order on 27 October and I was told delivery takes 5-7 business days. I waited. Today was 7 business days and the courier confirmed that my order was not even booked in to be collected! The employees of the cullinarium will tell you any lies to get off the call and they will say that they will return your call after looking into it but they never will return the call. I refuse to wait any longer and deal with this inefficient service so if my order is not here tomorrow itself then I will take my business elsewhere
