Good service and excellent pricing.

So I was looking around for a kenwood chef, specifically the KVL8300S. Their price was way lower than any other place. Upon reading the reviews here I was hesitant but decided to take the chance for the rather big saving. Phoned them up to confirm a few things and got credible and to the point answers which corresponded with the manufacturer details and my other research etc. Placed the order and received it after a week, which, given the courier distance etc was acceptable. The time it took them to ship the product was one day which I was happy with. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was that the shipment info wasn't updated as I would have liked, and the courier company did not capture the tracking number on their website for me to track. But all in all 'n good experience and happy customer.
