Don’t shop at The Culinarium

Retail therapy is supposed to be a blessing, not a misery!!!

Not sure if this store sells refurbs or second hand items but they’re definitely not new!

I placed an order on the 15th on June for a white JBL clock, a sales person called me to inform me that they don’t have the box but the item is still brand new. They offered to utilise my money on “something else” for the value. I immediately refused because I purchased a JBL clock that was advertised on their website.

The item reached me two days later and is was brown and not white anymore, the part where you plug in the usb port was badly scratched and many more scratches all over the clock, the clock was so old that it’s also peeling on some places.

They booked a courier for the next day collection and promised a refund.

Today is the 31st July and still no refund!

Every time I call, I’m told they will get back to me!
