DISGUSTED!!

VERY ************* COMPANY!!! I ordered a Kenwood hand mixer from them, I unboxed it the day it was delivered only to discover it was a used item and in shocking condition!! I emailed them that same evening, again the next day, along with a phone call on which I left a message explaining the problem, I sent another email the following day still absolutely NO RESPONSE from them, I finally sent my last email to them today 7-07-23.

I also sent them pictures of the state of the machine, which I see there isn’t an option for me to post with this review . My advice is to rather spend a bit more with a reputable company!
