Biggest regret of my life

How I wish I could have looked at these reviews before buying. what I experienced is nothing new to the reviews already here regarding this store. I bought a gas geyser, their website said 5 instock and had intended on buying 3 for my house, my mom and inlaws. was contacted via whatsapp and told they are out of stock am I willing to wait for mid or end september? Then the alarm bells started ringing in my head. I asked why their website still says they have stock, I received no sensible answer. Today I asked for the status of my order, still no sensible answer I then requested for a refund and I was told they will do the best they can. my money was taken in seconds from my account and I must jump hoops to get it back. I almost lost more. I hope my review can save one more customer. I usually check before buying but have no idea why I didnt this time,don't be me. The item in question still shows that they have 5 instock while they dont. This is very deliberate. Can hello peter do something about this especially seeing the pattern.
