Bad service and no support when there are issues or delays with the order

Such a frustration experience. it takes a really bad experience for me to post a review but this is just a joke. My experience shows a great website is wasted when there is no backup to get the product to the client or problem-solving competence available to the client. Ordered the Kuvings Auto6 Cold Press Juicer in Gun Metal. It's been thirteen days since, no communication or follow ups, no responses to *** or returning of my calls and messages. Today I find out after finally getting someone on the line that I must wait until December for the Gun metal version as they only have the silver in stock. Further the staff member had no clue on how I change the order to the silver or how I arrange a refund so I can order the product somewhere else. Just a joke and proof that their management is failing to actually ensure the business is run well
