<p>Thank you to Thobani Foca at Parklands store for being so kind and patient and friendly and calm today. My mom and i had a few stores to visit today and had an incident at each shop. They were rude, impatient and all of them seemed so frustrated and nobody could manage a smile nor a hello! The LAST store that we almost decided to rather leave was the crazy store and you just turned our day around with your kind soul! We appreciated you today and hope your boss does too! </p>
