Crazy Store Double Charging Customers
I went to Crazy Store Kenilworth Centre at the end of August my purchase was for R93.96 the amount was processed on my account 1 Sept. Yesterday 17 Sept that same amount was again taken off my card from Crazy Store. I pulled a bank statement thàt shows Crazy store double charged me. How can the store reprocess purchases weeks later without the customer in the store. I am very worried because I made another purchase from that store for around R260 to fill balloons for my birthday party a few days later.

Absolutely amazing experience at The Crazy Store in De Zwartland Markt!
I went in planning to buy just a pet bed and ended up leaving with so many goodies for my pets because there were just too many great things to choose from! The manager was absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience even better. The store is well-stocked, the prices are fantastic, and you can really tell the staff care about their customers. I'll definitely be back for all my pet shopping. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience at The Crazy Store in De Zwartland Markt!

Great service from Carnival Mall Branch from Ntombi and Mamello
I would like to place a spotlight on the excellent service received from Ntombi and Mammello at The Crazy Store at Carnival Mall. I bought balloons at another Crazy Store and one of them began to deflate on my way home. I stopped by their store to replace the balloon and they replaced the balloon free of charge. They were polite and provided excellent service!!! I hope that their great service is recognised!

Repeatedly Disappointing Experience
would like to raise a concern about the service at your store. Every time I visit, staff members are sitting or busy with other things and do not assist customers unless they are called. This has happened repeatedly, including during my visit today when I purchased an item that I can provide with a receipt if needed As a customer, I believe clients should be attended to promptly without having to ask for assistance. The attitude displayed by some employees is also disappointing. I have tried to overlook this in the past, but the same issue continues every time I visit. Please address this with your staff and encourage better customer service. Thank you
