worst customer service

i had the worst experience with Nompumelelo Nkosi at the Rand Steam store, after waiting for some time as there was only 1 teller, the lady teller requested for assistance at teller as the was a queue, then came Mpumelelo who i asked for balloons and she in turn showed me where they are as i choose colors she rudely calls for another customer who was behind me and calls for another customer and when i told her that her attitude is unpalatable and why does she keep calling customers while i'm there she rudely told me "i'm busy with paperwork" ..........later i ask her colleagues for her name, they tell me her name and i ask her for her surname she says "call crazy store and tell them you were at randsteam" with a very bad and rude attitude she flatly refused to give me her Surname which i eventually got from my own source....this is highly acceptable of someone who is on the face of customer service has the worst attitude.....she really spoilt my day on my sons Bday.
