Very dissapointed

Firstly I want to say that we buy a lot from Crazy store. My toddler loves going over the weekends with his dad to buy toys. We moved and now I'm closest to Park View. Which I will probably never go to again. I had 2 bad experiences, 2 days in a row. 1. I was tying to navigate through the store with a trolly with my toddler in, to keep him from running wild through the store. I struggled as there are so much stuff packed in the middle that the trolly couldnt fit through most of the store. When I asked about this, the guy told me that is how it is and if I dont like it, there is the door. He didnt ask me what i want to try and help me where i couldnt access due to space. Very disappointing.

2 same shop. I left my toddler with his dad to try again. I bought, amongst other things 2 balloons. On the packet it states it can be filled with air or helium . I asked for helium and extra string as I have a high ceiling at home and dont want to struggle to get it down. I explicitly explained this to the same guy assisted together with his female colleague. I was offered to buy extra string, which I did. They proceeded to open up the baloon and put helium in, just to tell me those balloons cant stay afloat in the air as they are too heavy and designed that way. When I indicated that's not what I wanted they didnt offer to do anything about it. They proceeded to open the second one and it was the same. I left the shop fuming as they knew exactly what I wanted and sold me a whole different product and didnt even attempt to exchange or refund me. And the one balloon was flat by the time I got home, 30 min later.
