Unhappy customer

I had a very bad experience on Sunday 6 August around 11 am a staff member Luvo was drunk the smell of alcohol was very strong, he could not even ring up my goods, he didn't know what he was doing, the store manager Ronel tried to step in and help he got aggriviated with her, eventually I just left the shop a very dissatisfied customer. Not sure if you allow staff to be intoxicated at work.
