Traumatized mother.

I am daughter writing on behalf of my elderly mother who is a regular customer at The crazy store horizon view shopping centre. She visits that store at least once a week but this past Tuesday the 8th April when she visited, she had the worst experience ever. There was a coloured man whom she's never encountered before as she's a regular there who was hurling insults. Even went as far as using the F*** word. She's not even sure if that was meant for employees or customers but bottom line is that, that's not the correct way to speak to people. She's so traumatized she's considering never visiting any other crazy store ever. This man needs to be reprimanded.
