The Crazy Store Needs To Properly Vent Workers!

I gave the rating 1 star because there is not a "minus star".

After visiting my local Crazy Store in Postmasburg, Northern Cape I decided to write this review. Upon arriving at the store, employees were sitting outside waiting for someone to unlock the store and it was already 08:47.

After almost waiting for 10 minutes the store eventually got opened. I entered the store with the thought I'd get a speedy service after having to wait outside.

The manager went to the check out point where she yelled her battery is about to die. I managed to find my way around the shop and as I was about to check out, she was on her phone and another cashier had to come help me while she stood there, on her phone without greeting a customer.

If it was my first encounter with this manager, I would've tried to forgive her. But it's a norm in that store. The manager is constantly on her phone regardless if there is customers waiting for a service to be rendered.
