The Crazy Store The Bridge.

How is it possible for two siblings to work together? Two sisters working together at the same branch. One is management and the other a floor assistant. How id this fair to other staff?

Do you treat your staff the same way as your sister or your sister as one of you staff? Those lines will blur and The floor assistant that the sister will get away with more things cause she can always ********* the management or just give her privileges'.

Does The Crazy Store do research as to who they employ as management? Do they do Background checks?

I have seen so many staff at The Crazy Store The Bridge no longer work there but the management stays the same, why is that? Maybe Head Office is Friends with Management at The Bridge, that's why all these things happen. One minute you are Second in Charge of the store, But If you are not friends with the manager, you'll get demoted.

They Do not have any CCTV Cameras. I believe that there is theft everyday and still no Management gets changed.
