Shocking Service- Crazy Store Walmer Park

So...I Google the Crazy Store Walmer Park retail times and it said on a Saturday they open at 8:30am. I arrive there by 8:40am to have 5 balloons helium filled to get to my nieces party by 9am! There door is closed!! I get the attenion of a male employee he opens the door and says they open at 9am. Fair enough, I proceed to plead with him to please help me with the balloons whilst I wait outside so when 9am comes I run in pay and head off to the party. He takes the small pkt of balloons, I am getting anxious and see him walk to the back in good faith thinking he is kindly assisting me. 9am strikes they open the doors, I ask where are the balloons he tells me they are coming soon.... to learn he hadn't even touched them!! I was so enraged as I was already in panic mode!! I took the pot from him upset and angered and took them to another store!! This delayed me by 25min!! I did get his name.but I was so angry it has now slipped my mind!! What has happened to compassion and customer care? Very disappointed in the way I was treated, hire or train the right employees!!
