Service Excellence at its best - Well done The Crazy Store in Steeledale, Johannesburg South
Wow, Wow, Wow such excellent customer service at The Crazy Store in Steel dale, Johannesburg South Siphiwe Radebe, Itumeleng Thela and Refilwe Stoffel were just amazing - needed 200 candy canes for our year end function which was four days away - these wonderful employees sourced from all over Gauteng, made sure they were delivered to the store in time and called me repeatedly to give me updates, each time polite and gracious. This is what customer service is about. Thank you for making my year!
