Rude working Personnel at the Lephalale mall crazy store

My visit to Crazy Store at lephalale mall , Ellisras , about two weeks ago was probably the worst experience I have had at any crazy store. The manager as well as the employees are rude and highly scarce. I went in to buy a frame, there was only one person at the teller and when i asked for assistance with a frame i had to wait for over 15 mins before someone came to my aid. The person that assisted was a pregnant employee that look either extremely exhausted or just uninterested. Earlier that morning I was the store down town (at the pick n pay mall) there all personnel were extremely helpful and present- they helped me allocate the frame down town hence my visit to the store at the mall. After i requested info on the frame i wanted- the personnel and manager started having a conversation stating thet they already showed me what they had. I told the manager there was no need to be rude and she started shouting " who is rude to you, we telling you we don't have the frame etc" Bare in mind I only came to the store because they told the downtown store that they did have stock of the frame I wanted.

I will not be shopping at the crazy store but rather the one down town.
