Rude staff member
My mom and I went to Crazy store tonight asking for change willing to buy something to break a R200 but as we were in the process of asking whether we could get change, the woman behind the counter rudely told us that they are not a bank and when we said we will buy something if that was the case she sarcastically rep**** that that is the rules. It was extremely rude and as I said we were going to buy something anyway but just thought we would ask first but with such an reply we just walked out. I buy tons of books there every month but after this that crazy store will not see me again.
