Remarkable Service Once Again

Yet again i was in the store the Herm**** store and what a wonderful shopping experience I've had. It was loadshedding in herm**** and it was quite dark in the store but as entering the store the manager was at the door ready to help with friendly face and offered to assist me throughout my shopping. I was in search for some goodies for my granddaughter that was going on a camp and was only looking for torch but ended up buying a beanie, socks, batteries a scarf and some sweeties. This young man is such a pleasant man to chat to and has a heart of gold. Always friendly including his staff. Always willing to assist and and even offered to carry my good to the till due to the darkness. I will always recommend my friends and family to shop in town as my experience is always pleasant. Well done to the Manager and his team!!!!
