Refused to give me my purchase after paying

Today I shopped at the crazy store in the Crescent and received the worst service.

After waiting in the queue to pay for 10 minutes and I was the only customer - One of the ladies put through my purchases and took my card to pay. This took an unbelievable 10 minutes waiting for my card to go through. The purchase went through on my cellphone and i could see it through mobile banking. They said it had not gone through cause a slip came out weirdly. I showed them on my phone and even came back after 15 minutes to show them that it had gone through and hasn't been reversed. They refused to give me my purchases. Im sitting writing this a hour later and the amount is still off. and the Crazy store still refused to give me my purchases.

This is terrible. Its actually *****ing. I could call the police...
