Problem Resolved
I bought an item from The Crazy Store and had a problem with it. I phoned them and they advised they would get back to me. Within an hour they came back to me and advised me to go to the store where I had bought the item and they would fix the problem. I was very impressed with their attitude, their quick response and resolution of my problem. Well done.
