Poor customer service
I have been searching for metal straws for a while and went online and it was confirmed that crazy store in kathu has then. I went to the store and requested assistance in locating them from one of the ladies who was on the working floor. She insisted that they dont have them even after i explained that their catalog says they have the. Had to go back with a friend to manually search for them aisle by aisle till we could locate them ourself without any assistance
