Look after your employees and your business wil flourish

Reading through all these reviews comending staff on their good customer service at a variety off crazy stores Which is amazing.....but then you have the behind the scenes at each and every business that does not meet the customers eye....honest loyal employees that's been with the company for nearly 10years or more not getting recognition and gets threatened with their jobs and then get fired because in Today's life people become so evil they feel threatened by your spirit and would rather have you have nothing then to have you grow beyond them.....especially if they know within the business they superior to you......it's sad how in today's human race your superior that should be the one enabling you to grow or sharing their knowledge what they already know in order for you to flourish....not today they feel threatened by the potential they see in you aswell as everyone else around you.....they would rather find ways to get rid off you then to see you flourish....
