Helium balloons last 10 minutes

Bought 7 helium filled balloons at the Noordhoek store for a 50th birthday. These balloons did not list 10 minutes. Four of them popped the moment I got to the car. Possibly overfilled or a poor quality product. On discussing the issue with the store, I was informed that the moment they hand the balloons over, they take no responsibility. No refund, no replacement, no apology. Not a pleasant experience.
