Great customer service feedback.

I had the best customer service ever!

I had seen an item online and which according to their website said it was in stock at my nearest branch, I went straight away to purchase the item. However, when I arrived they did not have the item in stock. I emailed The Crazy Store regarding an item and had an email from them asking which were my nearest branches. I emailed them back and had a lady from Cape Town phone me to let me know she had found the item at one of the branches I had listed and had asked the manager to keep two out for me. I only wanted one, but when i told my colleague about the great customer service I had, had and about the item - she also wanted one. My correspondence to them and the feedback i received all happened in less than half a day! This is just amazing service. Thank you so much for caring about your customers. I am recommending them to everyone - you can always find little treasure in their shops.
